The Princes Hall
Princes Way, Aldershot, GU11 1NX

Box Office: 01252 329155
The Princes Hall is a multi purpose entertainment centre located in the heart of Aldershot.  It may be of
particular interest to people with disabilities for a variety of reasons:

1.  Access.

There is room for 6 wheelchairs in the auditorium and there is lift access to all floors.

Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on the ground and first floors.

The Princes Hall has two designated parking spaces for blue badge holders and there are more
disabled parking spaces in the nearby Warburg car park.  A parking permit must be obtained  from the
Box Office on arrival and the permit must be clearly displayed.

2.  Other facilities and concessions

For those with a hearing impairment, there is an infrared hearing system.  Headsets can be reserved at
the Box Office at the time of booking seats.  Members of the Box Office are trained in Type Talk.

Large print versions of  the 'What's On' brochure are available on request from the Box Office.

Assistance dogs are welcome and they say they will provide a bowl of water for the dog if needed.

Signs are always displayed in the theatre when strobe lighting is to be used in a performance.
Information can be obtained in advance by calling the Box Office on 01252 329155.

First Aid cover is provided at all our events by either St Johns Ambulance volunteers or by staff who hold
first aid certificates.

If a wheelchair user is accompanied, one free ticket will be given.
