Medical Loans

They provide short-term loans of medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, for people with

a disability or illness. Loan of commodes, bathing aids and walking aids, back rests, bed pans and

urinals for short term use are offered through 16 outlets. A delivery service is also available for individual

Assessment.

Transport service

The British Red Cross provides door-to-door transport for people who cannot get about easily, restoring

their freedom and independence. By providing drivers with suitable vehicles - and escorts where

needed- it becomes possible to make essential journeys and other trips that make life more pleasurable.
